We’re a small team of photographers and filmmakers who believe weddings aren’t just events—they’re once-in-a-lifetime memories. And we don’t take that lightly. Our mission is to capture your day honestly, artfully, and without missing the moments that matter most.
We’ve been lucky enough to document hundreds of love stories, and we still get butterflies every time we see a groom tear up or a parent hold their child a little tighter during a speech.
At True North Studios, we don’t believe in stiff poses or cookie-cutter edits. We believe in movement, connection, and capturing your day exactly how it felt—messy, magical, emotional, joyful, and completely you.
Our style? It’s timeless with a touch of documentary. We’ll guide you when you need it and step back when you don’t. We’re there to notice the in-between moments—your best friend fixing your veil, your partner’s deep breath before the ceremony, your grandma tearing up on the sidelines.
While I’m not behind the camera, I’m the one behind the vision. I built this studio to tell love stories with care and creativity, and I handpick each photographer and filmmaker on our team to make sure your day is captured beautifully and authentically.
My job is to make your experience seamless, personal, and unforgettable—so you can stay present while we preserve the memories.
I’m so glad you’re here.
We were nervous about being in front of the camera, but the team made it feel so natural. They gave just the right amount of direction and let real moments unfold. I never imagined our wedding photos would look like they came out of a magazine and still feel like us. but they nailed it. We’re beyond grateful.
From the very first email, Katia and her team made us feel taken care of. They were organized, kind, and somehow everywhere at once without ever feeling intrusive. The photos and video made me cry (in the best way), and I’ve had multiple friends tell me it felt like they were reliving the day just watching our film. If you're even thinking about booking them. do it.
